Business Process Modeling is a technique which facilitates the analysis, design and documentation of business processes. The technique is not limited to the IT industry and may be used in any business area of any industry. This course covers version 2 of BPMN which stands for Business Process Model and Notation. BPMN is the new standard for modeling business processes and Web services and has the objective of providing businesses with the capability of understanding their internal business procedures in a graphical notation and the ability to communicate these procedures in a standard manner.
This course gives delegates the ability to apply sound business processing techniques to help improve the effectiveness of those processes and of the business as a whole.
