IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) manages the IT infrastructure
including operating systems, databases and servers across
distributed and host environments through a single customizable
workspace portal. Students learn how to map the architecture
of key components and the flow of event data through the
architecture. They will set user access parameters to manage
who sees various workspaces and personalize workspaces
to provide the key information required by various operators.
Also time will be saved by learning to program automated
responses to events.
