Oracle BI Enterprise Edition 11g: Reports, Dashboards and Repositories

Course:  OBIEER
Duration:  5 Days
Level:  I
Course Summary

This course will help students learn how to use Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). It covers key elements in the OBIEE suite, including tools to build interactive dashboards, perform ad hoc analysis, configure information deliveries, alerts and produce reporting. Students will learn how to create tables, charts, narratives, and pivot tables. This course will also provide step-by-step procedures for building and verifying the three layers of an Oracle BI repository. Students begin by using the Oracle BI Administration Tool to construct a simple repository. They will import schemas, design and build logical business models, and expose business models to users in the Oracle BI user interface. In the process of constructing the repository, students learn how to build physical and logical joins, simple measures, and calculation measures.
